FLAINE is situated in the central area of the Grand Massif region, one of the largest ski areas in the French Alps. Contemporary ski resort without cars, consists of three parts: : "Flaine-Fort" (1.700m above sea level), "Flaine-Forum" (1.600m above sea level) and "Flaine-Front de Neige" (1.500m above sea level) which are connected by a ski bus, two cable cars and a few walking trails.

Most of the apartment buildings are in a close proximity of the ski lifts. Apres-ski facilities in offer are various shops, bars, restaurants, ski repair shops, etc.

Flaine offers direct access to the whole Grand Massif ski area, including panoramic view of the Mont Blanc.

SKI RESORT: 265 km of trails (27 blue, 24 red and 5 black) and 23 various types of ski lifts and gondolas.
